The SFD '75 offers a rich programme of courses and athletic training sessions from April through July 2026 in Düsseldorf, with a particular focus on rehabilitation, fitness, and fun runs for the community.
Pacers are listed per start wave in the 'Renntag für Laufende' schedule on the event site: start times are 08:00 (Block 1), 08:20 (Block 2), 08:40 (Block 3) for half marathon; 09:45 for marathon. Event organisers provide target times and pacer flagging on the day.
