How do I register for the race?

Complete the online registration form on the race website and pay the entry fee. Note: the form defaults EUR currency; confirm your card’s currency if different.

When is the registration deadline?

Registration must be completed no later than five days before the race; the portal closes at 23:59 AZT on the deadline day.

Where do I pick up my race kit?

Race kits can be collected at the designated Race Center; bring a valid photo ID. Details are provided in your registration confirmation email.

Is timing included?

Yes, official timing is provided for the Trail and Fun Run categories.

What is the minimum age?

You must be at least 16 years old at race day; participants under 18 require a signed consent form from a parent or guardian.

What is the route like?

The course traverses scenic trails within Absheron National Park, with marked paths and directional signage; a detailed map is available on the event website.

Are there aid stations?

Water stations and light refreshments are provided at regular intervals along the route and at the finish.

Can I transfer my entry?

Transfers are not permitted; names may be changed only under documented medical circumstances at the organizer’s discretion.

What’s the refund policy?

No refunds are provided for cancellations due to personal reasons; in case of event cancellation by the organizers, a full refund or entry to another edition will be offered.

Is parking available?

Limited on-site parking is available; public transport options are recommended.
