The Shelton Project’s annual 5K fun run/walk in Port Antonio, Jamaica, supporting women and children through five community causes. 10K option available via the same route.
Catering & aid stations
Water stations and light refreshments available at start/finish and key points along the route.
Pacers
Pacemakers will lead the 5K and 10K fields with target splits displayed on Pacerflaggen at the start. 5K target pace: sub-1:00 per kilometer (10:00/mile). 10K target pace: sub-1:07 per kilometer. Pacers will drop off as fields progress; runners choose a pacer only at their own risk.

What routes are offered?
5K run/walk and 10K run on the same course with a turnaround at Folly and the Northern Coastal Highway for the 10K extension.
When and where can I pick up my packet?
Packet pickup is Saturday, March 28, 10:00–14:00 at the Court House Square in front of the Post Office and NCB.
Are there age restrictions or waivers?
Participants must be of legal age; a signed release waiving liability is required on behalf of each participant.
