What's included in entry

Runners taking part in the Half Marathon must be at least 17 years old on race day.
It is essential that the Race Organisers abide by these age requirements in order that the appropriate insurances are not compromised.
The course is unsuitable for wheelchairs.
Running with buggies or pets is not permitted.

In accordance with UK athletics rules, headphones are not allowed whilst running this course with the exception of bone conducting headphones which are approved for use in all road races under the UK athletics rules of competition. Anyone wearing in ear headphones will be disqualified.
There will be a cut off time of Strictly 3 hours to allow for prize giving at 1:30.
Runners will be required to reach Gulberwick in a time of 2 Hours 15 minutes to stay in race.
