About
SILESIA kros is a mass-participation running event in Opava offering multiple distances from 750m up to a 1/2 marathon, held in a forest setting on a mix of asphalt, trail and road courses with aid stations and medal/t-shirt options for registered participants.
Catering & aid stations
Stops along the course provide water, soft drinks and — at the finish — hot drinks, small snacks and a meal coupon; finisher medals and race T-shirts are available.
Pacers
Pacemakers will lead the 13 km and 21 km waves with target finish times aligned to start wave groups shown on the event page; pacers carry flags and will provide steady-pace support to help runners achieve their goal splits.
