Duo Trail is a unique sporting adventure designed for duos — whether you run together or tackle the course solo. The 10 km distance is accessible to runners and hikers alike, offering a great way to discover the trail in the Mercantour mountains during winter.
Catering & aid stations
Both the 10 km and 19 km courses include aid stations offering drinks and food along the route. The buffet at the finish line is included in the registration.
Pacers
Pacemakers will be present with Pacers Flags according to the Starter Waves published in the 'Règlement' on the event site.

What should I do if I can no longer participate?
You can transfer your registration to another person free of charge until 48 hours before the race, by email to duotrail@expenature.fr.
Is the course suitable for children?
Yes, there is a free 3 km mini-course for children aged 4 to 12 under the 'Minots' offer.
Is there an age limit for the 19 km course?
You must be at least 16 years old on race day to run the 19 km; participants under 18 require a parental certificate.
Can I participate in both the 10 km and the 19 km?
No, each participant is registered for only one course.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations are permitted until 48 hours before the start via your personal space or by email; after that, no refunds are issued.
Is the event insured?
Yes, race insurance is included with your registration.
