Solan Gundersens Bergmaraton in Alvdal invites runners of all ages and abilities to a mountain marathon through beautiful Norwegian nature. The event offers multiple distances from 1 km to 48 km and focuses on family-friendly competition and outdoor experience.

Catering & aid stations

Food and drink stations will be set up along the course. Additional drink stations may be added depending on weather conditions. Aid stations are provided at regular intervals for all distances.

Pacers

Pacemakers will be provided for the 22 km and 48 km competitive classes. On race day (Renntag), designated pacers will lead their respective start waves to help runners maintain target times. More details on pacers and start waves are available on the race day schedule (Renntag forløp) page.

1 km and 6 km (open to all, no timing), 22 km (open class with timing, age 15+), and 48 km (competitive class with timing).

When is the registration deadline?

Online registration closes 2 days before start. For guaranteed size, register 3 weeks prior.
