About
'Space Oddity' is a trail event suitable for all abilities, set in the stunning Hurn Forest, Dorset; a David Bowie-themed journey along the forest trails with flexible start times between 8-9:30am and a 7-hour cut-off.
Catering & aid stations
Space-themed snacks & refreshments available at the RunDMC (aid) station; on-course Verpflegung / aid stations (not Pacemaker lines).
Pacers
Flexible start windows between 8:00–9:30am with a 7-hour cut-off (finish by 3:00pm). Participants can choose distance on the day—from 5K to ultra-marathon—while following the main forest track out and back.

What is the course format and distance options?
Out-and-back main forest track; choose your distance on the day from 5K to ultra-marathon. Laps are a 5.3km / 3.28 mile loop.
What are the start times and cut-off?
Flexible start between 8:00–9:30am; 7-hour cut-off with finish by 3:00pm.
Is there a series bundle available?
Yes — 'The Imperial March' bundle includes Space Oddity and Intergalactic with a £10 discount.
What is the registration fee and when does it increase?
