For many years, The Excelsior - Lake Minnetonka Chamber of Commerce has been welcoming thousands of people to the area. Whether it’s by hosting events, supporting member businesses or disseminating information to the many visitors who come to our beautiful South Lake communities. Our organization is committed to our mission, vision and values - intentionally practicing hospitality and building a vibrant community.
Catering & aid stations
Water stations along the route and at the finish; post‑race snacks, hot cocoa/apple cider bar, and food vendors in Excelsior Commons until 1 pm.
Pacers
Pace groups will be set at the 5K start (8:00 am target) and 1‑Mile start (8:15 am target) with corresponding pace‑flag colours noted on the start‑corral signage; check the “Renntag für Laufende” board on arrival for your wave and pacer details.

When is the Spring Soirée this year?
April 24, 2026 from 6-9 PM. Where is the Spring Soirée? The Soirée is held at Camp Fire Minnesota, 3300 Tanadoona Dr, Excelsior, MN 55331 What should I wear?
Spring Soirée is festive, stylish, and fun - think in bloom. Bright colors, florals, and fresh spring looks are encouraged. Cocktail attire works beautifully: dresses (any length,) jumpsuits, or chic separates, with suits or sport coats for men (ties optional.) Most importantly, wear something that makes you feel confident and ready to celebrate. Questions?

Proceeds from the Soirée go to support The Excelsior-Lake Minnetonka Chamber of Commerce is a 501(c)6 non-profit entity whose mission is to promote the economic well-being of all member businesses as well as to enhance the image of the Excelsior-Lake Minnetonka Area as a great place to live, work and visit. Are there food and drink available? There will be an open wine, beer, and seltzer bar (while supplies last) with bites from our local member restaurants during the Taste of Excelsior-Lake Minnetonka cocktail hour from 6-7PM. What would I have to pay for? Any purchases of mixed cocktails or Spring Surprise Pull tickets. Who can I contact with additional questions? Please email mercury@elmcc.org with additional questions. Sustainability Efforts We’re proud to partner with Stewardverse Strategies, an Excelsior-founded sustainability consultancy, to reduce our environmental impact. Together, we’ve explored more sustainable cutlery and service options and worked with local businesses to pursue grant funding for expanded recycling solutions - helping us host events that are both impactful and responsible.
