About

A family-friendly triathlon with a bacon theme featuring a sprint triathlon and a 5K Bacon Run, held in partnership with local sponsors. Kids can join Marty’s Youth Triathlon or dress in bacon costumes for the 5K.

Pacers

Pacemakers will be present on the Sprint Triathlon and 5K Run courses. Refer to the event schedule for start waves and pacer flags at Gomsrud Park; pacers help maintain target times and course etiquette.
