A family-friendly beachside running event with 21km, 10km, 5km, and 2.5km options, featuring course markers, aid stations, and prizes.
Water available at all aid stations. Bix Hydration electrolytes available for 5km/10km/21km runners. Lollies available at aid stations for 10km and 21km runners. Hot drinks and food provided by Zen and sprouts coffee van at start and finish.
Pacers will be present for 21km, 10km, and 5km races with target times communicated per start wave; look for pacer flag identifiers during the event.

Yes — registration is required to obtain your race bib. Bring your registration confirmation and a valid photo ID; bibs are collected at the event only.
Children may run the 2.5km loop unaccompanied but must wear a race bib to collect a medal. Adults running the course do not receive a medal unless they are registered for that distance.
If you need to drop out, proceed to the nearest aid station or notify a volunteer. DNFs must be reported to an aid station volunteer.
