St. Hansgaloppen is Sørbråten Idrettslag’s 40. running event, held on Friday 19 June 2026 with two distance options (14.5 km and 8.5 km) starting at Maridalen skole and finishing at the same location, featuring free waffles at the finish.

Catering & aid stations

Free drinks at two aid stations (one for the short route) and at the finish; free coffee and waffles at the finish. No drinks before start.

Pacers

Pacers set target times per start wave listed on the race-day schedule (Renntag für Laufende). Pacers wear pacer flags for easy identification; they run with the pack to help participants hit their target splits.
