About
Join us for this Seattle tradition, 42 years running! The St. Patrick's Day Dash, taking place Sunday, March 15, 2026, at Seattle Center, will feature family fun including the traditional 5K distance, leprechaun lap, Post Dash Bash, costume contests, live music, and more!
Catering & aid stations
Participants will enjoy aid stations with water and snacks along the course.
Pacers
Event starts in three waves: Dashing Wave (9:00am), Jogging Wave (9:10am), and Strolling Wave (9:20am). Pacers will help participants achieve their desired finish time.

Again for the 41st anniversary of the St. Patrick’s Day Dash, all participants will receive a finisher medal after their run/walk. Are There Age Group Awards?
Yes! All participants will receive an electronic downloadable finisher certificate with overall and age group placings (Age Groups will be increments of 5 years, example 14-19, 20-24, etc.) Are Strollers/Baby Joggers Allowed?
