The Organizing Committee of the 2024 Standard Chartered Hanoi Marathon Heritage Race, Vietnam’s premier professional marathon, consists of the following members: A specialized agency under the Hanoi People’s Committee (UBND), responsible for advising and assisting the city government in managing culture, family, sports, and advertising in accordance with the law

Pacers

Pacers are elite, trained guides critical to the event: the Standard Chartered Hanoi Marathon – Heritage Race introduced its X-Run Training Camp in 2025, developed with Xtep and the World Marathon Majors–aligned AIMS checks, to professionalize pace control and ensure international-standard guidance for all athletes.

FAQ

If I do not complete the race within the specified time, will I still receive a Finisher’s t-shirt and medal?

Athletes who do not complete the distance within the specified time (mentioned in the regulations) will not receive a Finisher T-shirt and medal. The athlete’s performance will not be recorded.

If I cancel, will I get a refund?

The program registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

What paperwork do I need to complete before race day?

All athletes must confirm the Disclaimer before collecting the Racekit. Those authorizing others to collect the Racekit must sign an additional authorization form. For participants under 18 years of age, consent from a parent or guardian is required. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to refuse athletes who do not have the declaration form from their parents or guardians.
