About
Internship dates: Summer (May - August), Fall & Spring are flexible dates Virginia Amateur Sports (VAS) is looking for enthusiastic, sports-minded candidates who bring a positive, “have fun” attitude to our team. Ideal applicants enjoy working with people, thrive in collaborative environments, and are eager to contribute wherever needed. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain valuable experience in sports management, events, and nonprofit operations while being part of one of Virginia’s largest multi-sport events.
Catering & aid stations
Food is provided on a first come, first serve basis at the finish line.
Pacers
Pacing groups will be available for the half marathon to help runners meet their target times. Look out for pacer flags at the start line and on the course.
