About
A scenic trail race through the heart of the Severn Valley, featuring 5km and 10km routes that run alongside the iconic Severn Valley Railway. Part race, part train chase — running on dirt, gravel and grass with natural undulations and the chance of soft or muddy ground.
Catering & aid stations
Stall at finish for drinks and light refreshments.
Pacers
Pacemakers will be present for the running events, with target start waves and pacerflaggen displayed on the race day schedule at https://www.steamingdownthevalley.co.uk/das-rennen/renntag-fuer-laufende. Pacers help runners maintain target times and will be positioned with flag identifiers along the course.
