The Annual Chris Miller Memorial Steens Rim Run & Walk takes place on Steens Mountain in Southeast Oregon, offering a challenging high-elevation 10K with stunning rim and desert views. The race features nearly 2,000 feet of elevation gain and a high-altitude course on a maintained gravel road.
Portable restrooms are available at the start, near mile 3, at the last turn before the finish (mile 5.9), and at the finish. Water and basic aid stations are provided on-course. Race-day weather can be extreme; bring layers and sun protection.
Pacemakers will be present for the run divisions. On race day, runners should note start wave times: Walkers at 9:30 a.m. and Runners at 10:00 a.m. Follow pacers as directed on the course and at the start/finish areas.

No. Race entry fees are non-refundable and bib numbers are not transferable to other runners or years.
You may still pick up your packet and receive your participation t-shirt and swag at the starting line, or contact race organizers to arrange having it mailed to you.
