About
A high‑alpina trail race in the heart of the Ortler Alps, starting in Prad am Stilfserjoch and climbing to the dramatic pass at 2,845m with spectacular mountain scenery and full support along the route.
Catering & aid stations
Five aid stations along the route (Stilfs, Gehege/Fragges, Furkelhütte, Lawinenverbauungen, and finish area) offering food and drinks. Pasta party at the finish in Prad.
Pacers
Pacers set target times for each Startwelle at the 21km distance: Competitive wave at 08:00, Just for Fun wave at 08:00, and Marsch wave at 07:15. Pacers display flags to help runners maintain target paces; registration includes pace-group selection.

Do I need a medical certificate for the 21km race?
Yes, a valid medical certificate is required for the Competitive 21km race. The Just for Fun and Marsch categories do not require one.
What is included in the entry fee?
Entry fee includes race chip timing, finisher medal, access to all aid stations, and participation in the finish area pasta party.
Where can I pick up my start number?
Start numbers are issued at the aquaprad visitor centre in Prad am Stilfserjoch on Friday 15:00–19:00 and Saturday 06:00–07:00.
Are there bike options?
Yes — you can pre-book a borrowed bike, bring your own bike (rack space provided), or use the free shuttle and buses to return after finishing.
