A family-friendly beach run held entirely along the low-water line, offering participants a chance to enjoy the seaside skyline and sea air over 2 km, 5 km or 10 km routes.
Catering & aid stations
Water and soft drink refill stations at 5 km and 10 km turnaround points; final supply point at finish; first aid and volunteer support along course.
Pacers
Pacemakers will be present for the 5 km and 10 km races with target times displayed at the start area; pacer bibs will be visible on the course to help runners maintain their desired pace.
