Catering & aid stations
On-course refreshments (water, electrolyte drinks, and energy gels) provided at multiple aid stations; no on-site food vendors.
Pacers
Pacer groups will lead each wave at target times aligned with start waves listed on the Renntag für Laufende board. Pacers wear identifying flags and will rotate to maintain steady tempos for novice, amateur, and expert fields; adhere to event etiquette and single-file passing rules.
