Who can enter the 5k and 10k?
The 5k is open to accompanied runners age 13 and above; the 10k is open to runners 16 and above.
What is included in the entry fee?
A medal, food and drink at the finish, and use of the on-course aid station. Access to the Sunflower Trail for non-runners is pay on the day and not included.
Are there timing and results?
Results are available about 30 minutes after the race via a link on the event’s Facebook page. Timing uses a system similar to Parkrun.
