An inclusive 5K road race and one-mile walk/roll/stroll at Seneca Park hosted by Rochester Hearing & Speech Center, featuring family fun activities and superhero themes.

Pacers
Pace groups depart in start waves around the 8:00 am gun. Pacers will lead the 5K and the 1-mile walk/roll/stroll, showing Pacerflaggen for each wave on the course.
