Are kids allowed to run?
Yes; the free Spider Dash Kids’ Races are open to participants 14 & under, with multiple heats from 11:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
What are the parking options on race day?
Free parking is available at Wessman Arena (2701 Catlin Ave), Superior High School (2600 Catlin Ave), and Northern Lights Elementary (1201 N 28th St). After 10:00 a.m., use North 28th St via Tower Ave or US 2/Hwy 53.
Are pets or bicycles allowed on the course?
No; only registered runners, pushrim wheelchairs, duo teams, and adaptive athletes following official guidance are permitted. Baby joggers and strollers must start at the back of the corral.
