An extreme triathlon set in the Swedish wilderness along the Tännforsen waterfall area, featuring a 205 km bike and a 3.8 km swim in the river below Sweden’s largest waterfall, with steep run access above the falls.

Energy stations and hydration points along the course; warm/cold food available at the finish.
Pacers
Pacemaker groups will lead the swim, bike, and run waves according to the published start schedule (Renntag für Laufende). Pacers display flags and are positioned at key split points to help athletes maintain target times.
