About
An endurance race on Cape Cod National Seashore offering long, medium, and short distances that combine running and swimming across multiple ponds. Part of the My SwimRun Championship Series, the event features a point-to-point course through scenic off-road trails and water crossings, welcoming solo athletes and two-person teams.
Catering & aid stations
On-course aid stations provide nutrition and hydration with portable restrooms available at five evenly spaced points along the route.
Pacers
Pacemakers are provided for the Long, Medium, and Short courses with target start waves published on the event site. Pacers are identified by Pacerflaggen on the day to help athletes maintain target times; team participants are loaned Restube safety devices and solo racers must wear the provided bright green safety buoy.
