Catering & aid stations
On-course aid stations provide drinks and food. Participants must bring their own reusable cup or flask (cupless event).
Pacers
Pacer runners are not permitted at any stage of the race. Start loops occur exactly on the hour with 3, 2, and 1-minute warnings; all competitors must start at the bell.
