About
RAWR! Your favorite midweek sprint triathlon series is back for more fun in 2026! All Triathlons and Duathlons start at 6PM. Sprint triathlon distances are .5 mile swim, 12.4 mile bike and 5K run. Duathlon distances are 1.5 mile run, 12.4 mile bike and 5K run. All finishers receive a custom medal, finish food, and are awards eligible. Series registration includes trophies and a low-key kick-off party.
Catering & aid stations
Finish food provided on course and at the finish area.
Pacers
Pacers will be present per start wave on Renntag, with target times aligning to 6:00 PM start on race day; look for Pacer flaggen on course.
