About
Join us for the oldest marathon in North Carolina or some 50K twisted fun. We've been hosting unique marathons and ultramarathons for over 30 years.
Catering & aid stations
Aid stations will be approximately 2 to 2 1/2 miles apart. Half marathon runners will pass an aid station 5 times on the course, and marathon runners will pass an aid station 11 times. Our usual offerings are water, an electrolyte drink, bananas, and a few salty/sweet snacks.
Pacers
Pacers are not allowed.

When does registration open?
Registration will open October 1, 2025.
What is the course like?
The course is a 13.1 mile loop on paved country roads.
Are there any awards?
All finishers will receive a pottery wine cup with the event name, date, and 'Finisher' on the bottom.
Where is the start and finish?
The start and finish are at the intersection of Blewett Falls Road and Mini Meadows Lane, Rockingham, NC.
