When is the Hapalua?

The Hapalua Half Marathon & Iki is on Sunday, April 11, 2027. The King's Runner 10k is on Saturday, March 7, 2027.

Where is the start?

Start: Duke Kahanamoku Statue on Kalakaua Avenue in Waikiki. Exact meeting point assigned by start wave.

Where is the finish?

Finish: Kapiolani Park in Waikiki.

Can I walk or run my own pace?

Yes. The course is open to runners and walkers; there is no time limit and the finish line stays open for all.

What aid stations are available?

Aid stations every ~2–3 miles with water, sports drinks, and medical support.

Is there a fee for late registration?

Yes — late registration is available at the Expo for $200 (USD).

Can I pick up my packet on race day?

No. All packets must be picked up at the Expo prior to race day.

Are pets allowed?

No. No pets, including dogs and horses, are allowed on course.

Can I use headphones?

Yes, earphones/headphones are permitted.

Is there a shuttle to the start?

Yes. Free shuttles run from KCC parking lots starting at 3:30 AM. Limited parking is available at Kapiolani Park.
