A fast-paced fitness race that tests strength, stamina, and resilience in a high-energy environment. The event features nine demanding runs, nine intense stations, and a thrilling 200m sprint finish across Solo, Doubles, and Mixed Doubles categories.
On-course food and drink available at all nine stations; stations provide energy gels, hydration, and light snacks to keep you fuelled through the fast-paced circuit.
Pacemakers will lead waves at target times for each Startwave during Renntag, with pace flags displayed on course. Expect structured pacing support to help you hit your target splits across the nine-station circuit and the 200m sprint finish.
