About
A backyard ultra hosted in Knoxville, MD featuring a 4.167-mile official backyard course and a 1-mile "backyard for mortals" event, designed to be completed hour-by-hour on the hour until only one finisher remains.
Catering & aid stations
Aid stations provide water, Open Fuel (ultra fuel drink mix), and light snacks. The event also features campfire fare (hot dogs and s'mores) on Saturday evening and pancakes on Sunday morning.
Pacers
This is a Last One Standing backyard ultra — pacers are not permitted on the course. All participants must complete each yard independently; support outside the designated aid stations is not allowed per official Backyard Ultra rules.
