South Wales' Premier "Last One Standing" ultra marathon set at the enchanting Cosmeston Medieval Village. A unique themed ultra where mental grit matters more than speed — the flat course makes it accessible for seasoned endurance athletes and first-time ultras alike.

Do I need to complete every lap?

No — the race continues until only one runner remains to complete a lap. All others receive a "Did Not Finish."

What is the course like?

A flat, fast 4.167-mile (6.706 km) loop around the Cosmeston Medieval Village grounds — designed for PB hunting and endurance strategy.

Is there support and aid?

Yes, on-course Verpflegung (food and drink aid stations) are provided at the medieval village.
