The Nebraska Half Marathon is a scenic flat and fast race held at Zorinsky Lake in West Omaha, featuring a half marathon, 5k, and a kids fun run with packet pickup and course views surrounding the lake.
Pacers
Pacemakers will be provided for the Half Marathon and 5k. On race day (Renntag) target times per start wave will be shown at the start area; look for Pacer flag markers to stay on pace.

What happens if it rains?
The race will go on rain or shine and will only be cancelled or postponed if weather conditions present imminent danger to participants. Updates will be sent via email and social media throughout race week.
Are there registration refunds if I can’t run?
No. Refunds will not be issued for this race.
Can someone pick up my race packet for me?
Yes. Please ensure they know your first and last name and distance. Photo ID is recommended.
How many water stops are there and where are the bathrooms?
There will be water stops approximately every two to three miles along the route. There will not be GU or gels provided on course.
Are there time limits?
All 13.1 mile (half marathon) registrants must agree to a 3 hour 15 minute time limit.
What are the minimum age requirements to participate?
Half Marathon: 10 years old; 5k: 5 years old; Fun Run: Ages 4–13.
Will there be a bag check?
No, there will be no gear check this year.
When should I arrive?
Please be in the starting line area 15 minutes prior to your starting time.
What is the weather usually like?
Generally mild in April. Average daily high around 62°F (17°C) and overnight low around 45°F (7°C).
