About
A true running classic in Tessenderlo-Ham, organized for 40 consecutive years. The event features the classic 10K, a 4K jog, and a 1K kids run, set in a festive atmosphere with music, fair attractions, and awards.

Pacers
Pacemakers will be present on the 10 km, listed on the event website under Renntag für Laufende with target times per start wave: 4’30”, 5’, 5’30”, 6’ and 6’30”. Pacers wear identifiable bibs and will pace at the indicated per-kilometer targets.
