About
One of Essex’s most scenic autumn running events, offering a 10K, 5K and family-friendly 1K through pumpkin fields and countryside trails with chip timing, an event village and festive atmosphere.
Catering & aid stations
Hot and cold refreshments available at the refreshment stand (cash and card accepted). Picnic options in the event village.
Pacers
Pacemakers will be present for the 10k and 5K races. Refer to the Renntag schedule for target times per start wave and Pacer flag guidance to stay within your desired pace band.

FAQ
What time are the events?
10K starts at 9:30 am, 5K at 10:00 am, and 1K at 11:30 am.
What is the entry fee?
10K = £25, 5K = £25, 1K = £12.50. Parents/guardians who have run the 5K or 10K and have a race bib do not need a ticket for the 1K.
Is there parking?
Yes, there is plenty of free parking on site. All cars are parked at your own risk.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, dogs are allowed — there is even a doggy friendly race this year.
Can I wear headphones?
In-ear headphones are banned. Bone conducting headphones are permitted provided you can still hear marshal instructions.
What should I wear?
Something comfortable and appropriate footwear. Check the weather and dress accordingly. You can pre-order a pumpkin run t-shirt or purchase one on the day.
Is there a time limit?
There is a time limit of 1 hour 30 minutes for the 5K and 2 hours for the 10K.
Can I spectate?
Spectators are welcome in the event village. Please stay within designated spectator areas for safety.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Refunds are only offered if the Pumpkin Run is cancelled or postponed.
