No worries! First, check your spam or junk folder, as confirmation emails often land there. If you still can’t find it, log in to your Let’s Do This account, your booking reference and event details will be available in your dashboard.
No problem at all! Just log in to your Let’s Do This account and update your details there. If you get stuck, their support team will be happy to help.
Yes, if extras are still available, you can add them through your Let’s Do This account. Just head to your booking dashboard and manage your entry there. We’d recommend doing it sooner rather than later, as add-ons can close closer to race day.
Nope! You don’t have to book them all in one go. You just need to be officially entered into all the qualifying races within the same event year to complete the Slam challenge.
Wear shoes that you know and trust – ideally ones you’ve trained in over longer distances. Race day is definitely not the time to break in brand-new shoes! Check the terrain details for your event and keep an eye on the weather in the lead-up too.
If transfers are open for your event, you’ll be able to manage this through your Let’s Do This booking dashboard (within the transfer deadline). If the option is there, you’ll see it in your account.
Yes, you can defer to another eligible Pegasus event as long as you do so at least 28 days before race day and there’s space in the new event. If deferrals are available, you’ll see the option in your Let’s Do This account.
If you withdraw more than 8 weeks (56 days) before the event, you can receive a 75% refund by emailing info@pegasusultrarunning.com. After that point, entries are non-refundable.
Distance changes can be made via a transfer or deferral request (within the 28-day window), subject to availability. Log in to your Let’s Do This account to see what options are available to you.
Yes! If an event sells out, you can join the waiting list directly on the Let’s Do This event page.
We’ll send the official event manual out 6 weeks, 4 weeks, and 2 weeks before race day so you’ve got everything you need in plenty of time. Just make sure your email details are up to date so nothing slips through the net.
We don’t currently offer live tracking at Pegasus events. Full results and race updates will be shared as soon as possible after the event.
Yes, our courses are fully marked. We also ask you to download a digital copy of the route to your device as a backup. Being prepared is part of the ultra adventure!
We adore dogs but our ultras are long-distance, human-centred events. Our races are not canicross events. If you do want to run with your dog, and the welfare of our furry friends is our utmost consideration you must make sure you can adhere to strict welfare rules:• The dog and handler must be experienced at running the same distance as the event you are entering• The dog must be over two years old • The dog must be of a suitable breed/type (for example, not short legged or brachycephalic) and of healthy weight• An appropriate canicross-style harness, shock-absorbing lead and waistbelt must be used, and dogs must remain attached to their owner while running• The handler must carry sufficient food and water for the dog for the entire event• The handler must have safety and emergency equipment for the dog, including first aid dressings and boots• The dog must not be made to carry any items• The handler must pick up after the dog and carry the poo bags until they can dispose of them in domestic waste after the race, not in checkpoints• The weather on the day must be safe, with no weather warning and temperature not exceeding 16 degrees Celsius. If you are thinking about running with your dog, you must be aware that this is not a canicross event, and there is no veterinary provision nor safety monitoring. You must plan what you will do if your dog suffers an emergency on the route, and how you will get them to an out-of-hours vet as the handler is solely responsible for the safety and welfare of the dog.
