About

A friendly, all-levels triathlon set in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park, offering participants a chance to challenge themselves while enjoying Scotland’s stunning scenery. The event includes a 500m swim, 18km cycle (70% gravel/forest trail, 30% road), and a 10km run (90% trail, 10% road), with guided warm-up and finisher’s medal.

Water stations and first aid support on course; please bring your own snacks and drinks as needed.

Pacers

Pacer groups will be set on race day with target times displayed at the start/finish area; pacing flags will be used to identify pacers on course.
