The race starts at 7:30pm on Wednesday July 8th 2026.
Where is the registration/finish area?
The registration and finish area is at Sefton Park, a couple of hundred metres past the start which is at the junction of Mossley Hill Drive and Aigburth Drive.
Are headphones allowed?
No, headphones should not be worn as it is a UKA licensed event.
Are medals awarded?
No medals this year to keep entry cost low; all finishers receive a race memento. There are prizes for the first 3 finishers (male & female) and top finishers in vet categories, plus a team prize.
