About
A 5KM track race on a fast, flat circuit at Hensley Athletic Track in Eastgardens, Sydney, designed for runners of all abilities with heats assigned by goal time. Includes finisher’s medal, goodie bag, refreshments, crowd support, and a post-race afterparty.

Post-race refreshments and goodie bag at the finish; on-course hydration and aid stations.
Pacers
Heats are assigned by your registered goal time (30–35 min, sub-20 min, etc.). Pace bands and Pacers will be visible on track at each wave to help you hit target splits; use your assigned start corral and follow pacer flags for your heat.
