About
A summer trail series held in Wirral Country Park across five evenings (April–August), featuring an 8K route repeated each month. Open to runners aged 16+, with trophies awarded for the series and age-category awards.
Catering & aid stations
Stalls and aid stations available on course; check the programme at the venue for specific stop locations and times.
Pacers
Pacemakers will be provided at each event with target times per start wave shown on the day programme (Renntag). Pacers display distinctive flags to help runners maintain desired pace; aim to complete four of five races for series awards.

FAQ
What is the minimum age to enter?
Runners must be over 16 years old on the night of the first race.
How are awards determined?
Individual awards are based on best position in four of five races. If athletes are tied on points, the award goes to the highest finisher in the fifth race or the fourth race if the fifth is not completed.
How much does it cost to enter?
Entry fee is £16 per race or £64 for the series of 5 races. Fees are payable online to Nifty Entries.
