About

A 13th annual run/walk/bike event on September 19, 2026 at Lake Orono Park in Elk River, MN, featuring scenic 5K and 10K routes, a family-friendly Youth Color Run, and wellness vendors to support mental health awareness and suicide prevention.

Catering & aid stations

Water stations available along the route. Food trucks on-site (to be announced).

Pacers

Paced runs will be offered with target times per start wave as noted on the race-day schedule (“Renntag für Laufende”). Pacers will display identifiable flags to support participants in maintaining target pacing.

5K and 10K runs/walks/bikes, plus a non-timed Youth Color Run (ages 3–12) with 1/2K, 1K, and 1 mile options.

What is included in the registration fee?

Entry into your chosen distance, access to all pre- and post-event activities, a participant shirt, race bib, and a finisher medal.

Are there volunteer and team opportunities?

Yes — volunteer roles and team registration are available; teams of 4+ receive a custom team sign and are eligible for fundraising prizes.
