A fast-paced, seeded middle-distance track meet in the North-East, organised with England Athletics and the British Milers Club, offering a £1100 prize fund and opportunities to achieve personal bests.
Pacers
Pacemakers will be recruited and rewarded for successful pacification duties: 800m A-Race £40 (additional £10 for a correct even split; £50 total), plus £25 for 600m (£75 total). B-Race £30 for 400m (+£10 if even split; £40 total) and £20 for 600m (£60 total). C-Race onwards £20 for 400m; £25 for 600m. For the 1500m: A-Race £40 for 800m (+£10 if even split; £75 for 1000m split). B-Race £30 for 800m (+£10 if even split; £60 total). C-Race onwards £20 for 800m; £25 for 1000m splits.
