Pacers
Half marathon participants must maintain a pace of 16 minutes per mile or faster. Pace groups with pacer flags will be available; refer to the event schedule at the finish for target times per start wave.

Where does the race start and end?
The half marathon starts at 7:30AM at Evergy Plaza in the 600 block of Kansas Ave; the 5k starts at 8:00AM at Evergy Plaza. Both races finish at Evergy Plaza.
What if it rains?
The race will run in rain, cold, or snow. The race director may cancel only if conditions are unsafe.
Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?
No refunds of registration fees for any reason.
Can a friend pick up my packet or push a stroller/dog?
Yes, a friend can pick up your packet. Strollers and dogs are not allowed due to narrow streets and congestion.
Is there a course time limit?
Half marathon participants must maintain a pace of 16 minutes per mile or faster; slower participants may be asked to move to the sidewalk and have limited aid station access.
