The goal of Resilience has always been simple: Give our clients everything we've got—every class, every workout, every day—no matter the resources we had. Ten years later, that mindset hasn't changed. Josh and Andrew met in high school — one transferred in. They became friends quickly and stayed close throughout university, always keeping up to date with what was going on in each other's lives. In their late 20s, while meeting for lunch regularly early in their careers, a question kept coming up: "What if we tried building something of our own?"

Pacers
Pacemakers set target times per Startwave on Renntag to help runners stay on schedule; pacer flags identify pacers on course. Pacers support participants by maintaining steady tempos and an organized flow at each starting wave.
