About

A popular 10K (now often run as ~11K due to an erosion-led route change) mostly off-road along the River Dart, starting and finishing in Borough Park, Totnes. The event includes a 1-mile fun run and awards for top finishers across age categories.

Catering & aid stations

On-course refreshments including renowned Trotter cakes; weather permitting a BBQ serving hot dogs, burgers, and veggie burgers at the finish area.

FAQ

Are headphones allowed during the race?

No. Headphones are not permitted and anyone caught wearing them will be disqualified.

Are transfers allowed on race day?

Only number transfers on the day are accepted at Race HQ; there is a £3 administration charge per transfer.

What are the age categories and prize eligibility?

Prizes are awarded for first 5 male and female finishers, and M&F in each vet category (every 5 years) up to age 70. There is also an U18 category with prizes for first two men’s and ladies’ teams.

What is provided at the finish?

All finishers receive a bespoke medal. Refreshments include the renowned Trotter cakes, and weather permitting a BBQ with hot dogs, burgers, and veggie burgers.
