On-course food and drink available at the Mudder Village and along the course (not Pacemaker lines).
Pacemaker pace groups are set during "Renntag für Laufende" at Manchester (10 & 11 October 2026), Berlin-Brandenburg (29 August 2026), Midlands (4 & 5 July 2026), Scotland (6 June 2026), and Yorkshire (25 & 26 July 2026). Look for the orange Pacer flags and refer to your target times by startwave on the event page.

The event is open to all ages; Kids by Spartan offers dedicated 1km / 1.5km / 3km courses for children aged 4–14. The main 5K and 15K courses are available to adults and older kids.
It’s recommended to bring at least 2 litres of water and some snacks. On-course hydration and food are available at the Mudder Village and along the course.
There are no formal time limits for the 5K or 15K; the course remains open well beyond the scheduled finish times shown on race day.
Wear layers you don’t mind getting wet and muddy, a waterproof jacket, trainers with good grip, and bring a change of clothes for after the finish.
