Catering & aid stations

Aid stations with water, sports drinks, and energy gels along the course; finisher meal provided.

Pacers

Pacers set target times per start wave shown on the 'Renntag für Laufende' page (e.g., ~1:00 for elite 30K, ~1:15 for amateur 30K). Pacers wear colored flags for easy identification and help groups maintain intended pace and spacing.
