About

A long-running mass trail race in the Monts du Lyonnais with multiple distances, strong local support and a signature night-start for the ultra. The event emphasises mountain-run scenery, family options and solidarity initiatives.

Catering & aid stations

Drinks and light snacks at course aid stations; hot meal available at the finish. Ultra and 50 km include race nutrition support. Solidarity rest areas provide food and drinks for the 5 joëlettes and family options.

Pacers

Pacemakers are announced for the Ultra and 50 km races on the event’s schedule (Renntag pour les courants). They run with a visible pacer flag and are listed by start wave on the start programme; follow the official pacer list shown in the race schedule.

FAQ

What documents are required for race-day entry?

Bring a valid photo ID, your race bib, and a printed or digital copy of your pass (FFA license or PPS less than 3 months old). No other documents are accepted for pickup.

When can I pick up my race bib?

Pickup is Friday 8 May 2026 15:00–19:00 or Saturday 9 May 2026 from 03:30 (Ultra/50 km) or 14:00 (24/12 km). P’tites Coursières pickup is Saturday 9 May 8:30–9:00 at the school in Pomeys.

Is there a time limit?

There are cut-offs at key points on the ultra and 50 km; the last aid station for the ultra closes before the finish. Check the roadbook for details by distance.

Are walking poles allowed?

Yes on ultra and 50 km; prohibited on 24 km and 12 km. Poles must be collapsed at the start and on early sections.

Can I transfer my entry?

Transfers are possible until Wednesday 6 May 21:00 via the runner portal, for the same distance only. After that date and on-site transfers are not permitted.
