Do I need to bring a certificate of medical fitness?

For the discovery course (5 km), no medical certificate is required. For all other distances, a certificate or online health questionnaire is mandatory per race regulations.

What should I do if I need to withdraw my child from a youth race?

Contact traildessangliers@orange.fr or call 06 51 61 82 33. For youth events, an authorization letter is required for any participant born between 2012 and 2020.

Can I register on race day?

Yes, registration is available on-site until the race fills, but online pre-registration is strongly recommended.

What amenities are available at the finish?

The finish area offers medals, a festive ceremony, and refreshments. A picnic area is available for families.

Are walking sticks allowed?

Walking sticks are prohibited on all trail race courses for safety and pacing reasons.
