About

IT IS NOT ONLY THE COMPANIES THAT TRAIN THE ATHLETES, ESPECIALLY Driven by common ideas, 40 Senior Master athletes, 15 young athletes and 20 members got involved and are ready to compete with enthusiasm and dedication in the next competitive season. Each of us has sporting goals and we are convinced that we will achieve them through training, both individual and group, followed by expert swimming, cycling and running coaches.

What distances are offered at Triathlon Città di Gorizia?

Kids (D 0.5km, E 1km, C 2km, B 3km, A 6km), Youth/Junior (10km), Senior/Master (20km), and Sprint (7.5km).

Where can I register?

Registration is open from 1 March 2026 for Sprint and 1 April 2026 for Youth/Aquathlon via the website www.nextrace.net.

What certifications or equipment are required?

Proof of F.I.Tri. membership for 2026 (or a medical fitness certificate for foreign athletes). Helmets are mandatory for the bike section; mudguards/notched tyres are not allowed for Kids categories.

Are there timing and awards?

Chip timing is provided. All Kids E and D athletes receive a medal. Top finishers in each category receive prizes; Sprint race includes prize money (€500) and prizes in kind for top M/F athletes.

Quick refreshments on arrival, pasta party at the athletics field, differentiated waste bins, showers and changing rooms at the municipal pool, and mechanical bike assistance near transition.
